Andromeda Health Corp. was incorporated in May 2022, in Florida, as a C Corporation. The Company is headquartered in New York (at 401 Park Avenue S, Floor 10, New York, NY 10128) and has presence in Nashville, Dallas and Chicago, through its local partners who serve as the Company's representatives, advisors, liaisons, salesmen and investors, at the same time. The Company owns the title to all of its proprietary technology, respective intellectual property for which has been contributed by its founder, president and CEO - David Vakhtangishvili, upon the Company's incorporation back in 2022. So far the Company has raised $3.6 million in its first-ever, Seed Funding Round from a single investor and employs 30 professionals, majority of which represent very talented and experienced cloud and solution architects, engineers, coders, product managers, UX/UI designers, testers, etc. We are focused on building best quality products for ultimate user happiness.

Healthcare is the only industry known to us where the customer is called a patient (i.e. it is the customer who has to be patient about everything), where redundancy and waiting time is longer than the service time. This is happening in the largest industry spending wise. We truly believe that, with our novel technology, and our dedication, we are capable of improving the customers’ (formerly known as patients) lives and experiences significantly, also bringing huge efficiencies to involved businesses (payers, providers, retailers and intermediaries), eventually improving accessibility, transparency and service quality and slashing overhead costs. We have done it once, at a lower scale, and we are confident we can do it at a larger scale too. 

For this purpose, we have built a patient (customer) super app and an open marketplace, in the front-end, and a comprehensive, fully integrated digital healthcare platform for automated interoperability, in the back end. There we are connecting all components of healthcare (doctors, clinics / hospitals, private and state insurance plans, labs, pharmacies and pharmacies) into one virtual space, creating an uninterrupted and seamless patient journey, improving service quality and customer experience and automating billing, administrative and other support processes for businesses. Our platform goes cross-border expanding informed choice, increasing accessibility and comparability, fostering transparency and improving efficiency of the system, as a whole. As a result, patients (consumers) can enjoy better service at a lower cost, while businesses increase their productivity and reputation, while simultaneously reducing their overhead costs.
