Andromeda Back Office

Andromeda’s Back Office (the “ABO”) is a visualization of our powerful back-end platform and the API-integrated ecosystem. It is a user-friendly interface for the associates of our clients (payers, providers and pharmacies) that enables them an easier and more convenient environment for their day-to-day operations, with more accurate data and transaction records, thanks to our unique APIs and exclusive data access. While ABO represents an independent product, it is also an integral part of our ecosystem. Therefore, any action or operation conducted through the ABO is automatically reflected in: a) the Super App; b) our back end; and c) the client’s core operating system, being that an EMR / EHR / Practice Management system (on providers’ side), or an ERP / Claims Management system (on payers’ side) or a point-of-sale solution (on pharmacies’ side).

Fully Integrated Ecosystem

We integrate payers, providers, retailers and clearing houses into a fluent and cohesive ecosystem, where everyone is connected with each other, providing fully automated and hassle-free B2B transactions as well as uniform data interchange. We connect our back-end platform with hundreds of different EMR / EHR systems across thousands of providers. Through our partnerships with Optum and Orbit, we already have unique access to 80% of the US health plans and insurance policies of all kinds: Medicaid, Medicare, private / corporate insurance, self-paid plans, etc. allowing us to to conduct enhanced insurance eligibility checks, price estimation checks and fully automated prior authorization transactions. And, finally, we are integrating retailers as well (pharmacies, drug stores and groceries) to become an inseparable part of the patient’s uninterrupted journey and to enjoy fully automated connection with payers and providers. `

Powerful Back End Platform

Andromeda’s powerful back-end platform is composed of data interchange gateways, large data repositories (ex.: payer MRFs), well structured and purified databases, computational and processing algorithms, personal records, medical records, insurance records, open-sourced APIs for smooth interoperability, significant AI enhancements and much more. The AI enhancements / engines not only represent integral part of our comprehensive platform, but can also operate as independent solutions / products, enabling us to elaborate very flexible go-to-market strategies and tailor our products to individual needs of every unique customer. Through integration with the payers, clearing houses and providers, our back-end platform ensures smooth operation of our Patient Super App (B2C) as well as our Back Office (B2B).
