Andromeda’s powerful back-end platform comprises data interchange gateways, large data repositories (ex.: payer MRFs), well structured and purified databases, computational and processing algorithms, personal records, medical records, insurance records, open-sourced APIs for smooth interoperability, significant AI enhancements and much more. Andromeda’s Back Office (the “ABO”), on the other hand, is a visualization of this ecosystem. It is a user-friendly interface for the associates of our clients (payers, providers and pharmacies) that enables them an easier, more convenient and more accurate environment for their day-to-day operations. While ABO represents an independent product, it is also an integral part of our ecosystem.
